Executive Board

The IAMAW (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers) District 141 & 142 Executive Board is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of the district. The Executive Board is composed of elected representatives from various locals within the district and meets regularly to discuss and make decisions on issues affecting the members. The board plays a vital role in representing the interests of the membership, negotiating contracts, and addressing grievances. Members of the Executive Board are chosen through democratic elections and serve a specified term in office. Their primary focus is to advocate for the rights and well-being of the workers in the district and ensure that their needs are met.
