The IAM District 141 EAP Committee, known as the Employee Assistance Program Committee, is a group within the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) District 141. The EAP committee aims to promote the well-being and mental health of members by offering confidential assistance, referrals to counseling services, and educational programs on various topics.
